Hurstbourne Priors held its traditional May Fair on the Bank Holiday Monday, to raise funds for St Andrew's Church, the village hall, and the recreation ground. Attractions included maypole dancing and Irish dancing, with a juggler and with a fancy dress competition.
"Despite some variable weather at the beginning, there was a very good turnout and I am sure that they will raise a lot of money for local causes".
