For the fourth successive year, Naomi House held an Easter egg hunt at Highclere Castle, to raise funds for the children's hospice.

"This year they were blessed with good weather, and nearly 1,000 children went on the hunt, which was very well organised".

It took about an hour to go round the course, and the winners were presented with an easter egg at the end.

"Last year they raised over £3,000 and, this year, I believe it will be closer to £5,000. It was generous of the Earl and Countess of Carnarvon to allow their grounds to be used to raise funds for this popular charity".
